Curriculum
We focus on nurturing curiosity, building strong academic foundations, and developing essential life skills to ensure that every child reaches their full potential.
Nursery: Building Foundations
In the early years, we follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, which prioritizes hands-on, play-based learning. These formative years are critical for developing key skills and fostering a love for learning.
What We Focus On:
- Communication and Language: Helping children express themselves confidently.
- Social and Emotional Development: Encouraging collaboration, empathy, and self-awareness.
- Literacy and Numeracy: Building early reading, writing, and number skills.
- Creative Exploration: Inspiring imagination through art, music, and play.
- Physical Development: Promoting health and coordination through active play.
Through a warm and nurturing environment, we ensure every child feels safe and inspired to explore and grow.

Primary School: Expanding Horizons
In the Primary years, we offer an integrated curriculum that combines the Cambridge Primary Curriculum, the English National Curriculum, and the Nigerian National Curriculum. This blend ensures our students gain a global perspective while maintaining a strong connection to their local context.
Key Areas:
- Core Skills: Developing strong literacy and numeracy skills as the foundation for lifelong learning.
- STEM: Introducing science and technology through experiments and hands-on projects.
- Global Perspectives: Exploring history, geography, and cultural diversity to broaden students’ worldviews.
- Creative Arts: Encouraging self-expression through art, music, and drama.
- Physical Education: Building teamwork and discipline through sports and physical activities.
At the end of Year 6, students take the Cambridge Primary Checkpoint Exams, providing a clear international benchmark and preparing them for the transition to secondary school.
Secondary School: Preparing for the Future
In Secondary School, we follow the Cambridge Lower Secondary Curriculum, progressing to the internationally recognized IGCSE (International General Certificate of Secondary Education) in Year 11. This rigorous program prepares students for higher education and global opportunities.
What We Offer:
- Core Subjects: English, Mathematics, and Science are central to the curriculum.
- Elective Subjects: Students can explore areas like Business Studies, Global Perspectives, ICT, and Creative Arts based on their interests.
- Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Skills that prepare students to tackle challenges confidently.
Assessments:
- Year 9: Students take the Cambridge Checkpoint Exams, providing detailed feedback on their strengths and areas for growth.
- Year 11: Students sit for the IGCSE Exams, an internationally respected qualification that opens doors to A-Levels and university programs worldwide.
- Year 12: Students can opt to take the WAEC (West African Examinations Council) exam or progress to A-Level studies.
